Are you living the life you envisioned?
Hello, everybody. This is Sam here on Sam session section. And the title of this well would be, are you living the life that you envisioned? My answer to that would be no. Because a lot of things that we envision are things that you would want out of a fairy tale, or may not per se a fairy tale. A lot of things that we envision are not. They don't have obstacles, they don't have things that are in our everyday life that is challenging us
It's like different rabbit holes that you're trying to go through and you're trying to reach and you're trying to explain, but then how are you able to correctly explain it when you really don't understand what has happened? At that. That moment, everything just comes back to you. Like, wow, I'm really not living life that I envisioned for myself. Like, I really not. You know, I guess you can say as you settle, you start settling

Because at the end of the day, I'm the one that's sacrificing all of that I can be. And, you know, it might be more things that I'll learn along the way. I mean, I'm just 30 years old, so my mind is like, okay, by the time I'm this age, by time I'm 38 years old, my oldest will be 18
And, yeah, I mean, it's tough. I know a lot of moms feel completely lost when the nest is empty because they were so disconnected with themselves for so many decades. But the fact that you have a meditation practice and that you referenced it here, I just think is really amazing. And I'm so stoked that you're here, and I cannot wait to hear updates about your journey
Hey there, Sam here on Sam session section. And to reply to your reply, yes, you're so right. And it is very important to have your mental health, you know, checked in. And I'm learning, you know, that it's important to be selfish when your mental health is online
