But a shadow self, as you did say, does imply a light body, as in, you would assume there's some type of divine version of self. If there's a shadow self, yes, you have your consciousness, but there must imply that there's some, like, ideal version of you. It's hard to meditate on because you think about Philip Zimbardo, the Lucifer effect. You think about how there are other people

In conclusion, brother, you know, being mentored and raised in the Baptist church and Bible college seminary, and of course, all of my independent world religion studies, I've traveled extensively around the world, twice.
