If you know what your niche is but aren't working in it, we need to start planning a transition. It could be as simple as a change in duties at your existing job or as complex as a whole new change of career. No matter whether it will require six weeks or six years. You need a transition plan. You need a timeline for completing this. Once you're certain of your course, have the courage to take the first step. And this timeline is critical
