I could take trips on the bus to the Irvington section of Fremont. I could explore parts of the town I hadnt explored in years, visit a new coffee shop and just be a part of the world again and began to feel normal again. That kind of family interaction really got me back on track. Helping the kids with their homework gave me a much needed sense of worth. After that, I started to go to college again
