I mean, that's what I got from the excerpt. And not only that, but sometimes, or there was a time where I was in some companies where it was just kind of that culture, like, you need to be here above and beyond all other things and the job has to get done type of thing. And I was just like, oh, I don't fit in here. This isn't for me because I want to enjoy my life. I want to work

That means then that morale is going to be up potentially. Productivity is going to be up, creativity, ingenuity, different ways of approaching things. And the more people are thriving, then the more you can fine tune the machinery or systems of the business, which can only benefit the bottom line

And so I kind of think of this as a similar example to if we expect employees to work burning the candle at both ends, working beyond the nine to five, because that's quote unquote, what's expected to me, it's like, clear out the entire bush, but at some point you are losing morale if you're like, oh, did I clear this bush out? Did I miss one?
