Ignore those people around you who are trying to, you know, bully you all the time, who are trying to pull you down at every single, you know, place in your life. And this is the only way you can work on yourself and feel better, feel more sane and more mature. Say it's all about how much emotional strength with which you can hold yourself in a negative place. That's more important. Thanks so much for sharing such beautiful tips with us. All the best

And, you know, when you treat it with respect and kindness and you're doing the same with the other person, self love is not selfish at all. It's very valid choice and it's not indulgent. And I think you give a proper, solid answer to the person in question who is doing this to you that, you know, get the perspective right. These behavior patterns are not healthy for anyone around. So, yeah, expressing it out loud makes whole lot of difference

Thank you so much, Swati, for taking the time to go through this swell and responding. And I'm glad to hear that you liked it. And, yes, you are so right that, you know, we have to ignore these people. And whatever we may do, you know, there will be people who are not going to like it, who are going to judge it. So it's best to ignore these people. Thank you so much for sharing your perspectives. Take care

Thank you, Amna, thank you so much for taking the time to go through this well, and, you know, share your perspectives. Yes, you're so right. You know, self love and having those boundaries, it is so important because otherwise, you know, we'll be just crushed under the weight of all the things that are happening around us. So, yes, it's good to hear from you, and thank you for your support. And I hope in the next
