I love this new interactive series. As a speaker, I feel very comfortable speaking, but it's 20 years into the game and it's incredible even to say that long. But technically, I consider my first public speaking engagement at the age of six, when I spoke at a graduation, and I read an original poem that I wrote, because I've been writing poetry since that age, and I was terrified, but so deeply proud of myself after

But it is, you know, it is something to get used to, though, so I don't take lightly to it, and I don't make light of it because some people are definitely afraid to do it. But I absolutely love, love, love your introduction. Thank you so much
If it's, well, even with, you know, now that I'm older, with good times, you know, birthday parties and, you know, speeches, I can do it in an intimate setting, but when it's a huge crowd, I'll still get nervous. But I've been thrown into the crowd on different occasions within an emergency, a funeral service, and, you know, different things of that nature

But we have to. We have to lean into failure. Not that we're aiming to fail, but that we don't care if we do fail. And more importantly, we embrace the lesson that comes with the failure, because we don't learn from winning. We only learn from the fumble and the fall
