The time I had a Panic Attack and didn’t know till a decade later.

I had so much anxiety that it was like a panic attack. And I maybe had another episode or two like that. Since that time we're talking maybe 18 years ago. This was a long time ago. But anyway, so listening to this stuff, I'm realizing now like, yeah, that's what I had I blacked out and it was like I was seeing stars. And next thing you know, I was just up to and just back to doing what I was doing

Larry Lawton sort of helped me discover I had a panic attack as a teenager. Lol #mentalhealth

I couldn't agree with you more. There's so much we can learn from fiction. It's too easily discounted, in my opinion, even panic attacks like, I think there should be so much more education more widely spread than it is because the fact that we need to learn some of this through fiction because typically, obviously not always the stereotype presented on a TV show or something like that is one facet or one view of what a panic attack looks like in my experience

Thank you for sharing your story @SeekingPlumb

And, yeah, it's kind of scary again that you could be in these situations that you're unaware of that other people go through as well, so you can feel like you're the only one that kind of goes through that. So, yeah. Thank you for sharing your story. I'm

A lot that is unknown. @KnowWuan

It's just that everybody is so unique that when you try to lump everyone under the same umbrella, maybe that diagnosis doesn't work. Myself. And several others I've talked to have had many times where we go in for testing, for whatever it is, everything comes back negative. There's no problem whatsoever, no evidence of anything. And yet obviously there's something wrong
