Hello. Hello. And I absolutely love this post. Thank you so much for posting this. We all can use messages like this. Also, I agree you with everything you have said. So you have nothing from me to say. Well, I disagree with this. No. Yes. Joy is something that we have to consciously strive towards. Yes. Cut out negativity and work towards being happy. I don't know if you've heard of The Science of Well Being course by Yale University

Also, you don't bring heart center technology to other front. That also we're approaching with joy and play and laughter. And like, let's deal with these big problems, joyfully. And so also we're not ignoring the problems, like we're not just being like, oh, I'm just isolating myself and take care of my bubble. Well, my bubble is connected interconnected with all the bubbles. So, yeah, take care of myself
