Bashed by Storm Ellen

article image placeholderBirch tree felled by wind
I followed my first cousins in Ireland or in Iowa and know, like here in Ireland, they had significant issues with trees falling and crops flattening. We have Rivers rising through manhole covers and large swells bashing the coast along the Eastern Seaboard, the Irish Sea and on the West Western Seaboard down in West Cork, hope all is well where you are and that my next swell cast isn't filled with 20 meters tall swells. Bye for now. Bye

Just trying to survive with large trees falling everywhere like https://bit.ly/sfallen

Greeting Sir! 😷👍

Boom now, Bernie, I know I had a freaking heartache about saying that before the weather here in the Southern tier of upstate New York, we got about 55 deg blue sky, few clouds, but we had some fog this morning. Our 10th foggy day for the month of August. That means we might have potentially ten snowstorms here. That's an old farmers trick

And this may help with that, because how it works, basically, is you have an app on your phone, you hold your bank account up to this app and then you take the item off the shelf, scan it with your phone and when it's finished, product is paid for deactivate these different security types that are put on the product and you can leave and you don't have to go anywhere near the checkout. So you get a really cool idea

So I like what I'm seeing. I want to say Hello to Paul Omani Atomani blog who has joined this conversation. Swellcast. I see that like I said in the URL, it says swellcast. Com whatever the username is, as far as what I saw, I couldn't really bring it up in the browser on my phone here, so I'm really interested

Thanks, Rich!

Rich. I don't know if I could see you're in this thread. It says Paul. Hey, thanks for rolling in here since I made my swell and since you started talking about August and weather, my God, we're going to have another night of 2030 milehour winds. I had to cut 15 meters tall branches from an old Sycamore tree because it's uprooted literally uprooted from the high winds that we had all last night

Bernie, I heard your expression. Ui. This user. Is that UX. No UI. Oh, maybe user interface user experience. Don't mind. I'm not trying to change the topic, but I am interested in what this looks like when you put it over onto Twitter

Yeah, we have a lot we can talk about here. The weather for me here in Ontario, Canada, just right beside the city of Toronto. I'm in the great city of Mississippi Aga. The weather today is sunny and about 19 deg Celsius a little bit of a breeze. We could have used a lot more rain this summer, but we didn't. We had a couple of storms. Maybe I should say more than a couple of maybe three storms

They have preventatively evacuated all non essential personnel from Travis Air Force Base, and they actually had to shut down part of Interstate 80 because the fire had reached all the way there and was jumping. It was not safe to travel on there. So it's one of many major fires in the area. We are now newspapers telling me have some of the worst air quality in the world because of the particulate matter smoke

Yep. Seems to be par for the course for 2028. Tim. Hey, Top Gold. Hey, Omani blog. Good to see all you guys over here, actually, to hear all you guys over here. Glad you made your way. I hope you're all being safe. Yeah. Here in Central California, right on the foothills and woke up this morning. Just couldn't hardly breathe. It was so gnarly. Got an amazing sunrise photo, though

Safety - Safety - Safety❗ Windstorms, Trees, & Swell . . . M

Do be careful in those windstorms, Bernie. Tonight current time is 05:50 p.m. Here in Southern tier of upstate New York. And I just listened to your comment, Bernie, concerning the winds. I bet in my share of wind storms we have had them here. We've taken down a couple of large trees around the homestead here

@Tim firenados!

Tim, I was thinking about you and everywhere in California, I saw a brother living there in the high country. I remember walking out of a plane in the late Seventies in San Bernardino, and my eyes hurt from the Snog. So I'd have to think that perhaps it's the same way again in Napa. You might have remembered. I rode a bicycle several times on a long run behind a bunch of other cyclists through the Napa Valley

Rich, I'm envious of. However, you're making these swells. Your voice is great. I'm talking to you through a headset, so there are small pinholes on my right and my left ears. It's a $20 JVC headset that showed me in a parts bin near Philadelphia. I have to say that the tree was at least 15 meters tall, so more than 30ft tall, the two major branches came down exactly where I wanted them to

@topgold Air - Wood - Fire

And that's not even enough, they're saying which is unfathomable for me as a firefighter, because I know that a wildland fire is one of the roughest fires because the one concern is the Crown fires, which the firenadoes are probably the only thing that tops a Crown fire. When you get the tree tops all around you in blaze, one giant flame. You don't want to be anywhere near that. All right. I'm enjoying the swell audios and have a great one
