What is Your Morning Routine?

And I was thinking about how well, I don't know your current circumstance and your current way of life, but I think there are tiny choices or steps we can make to decide how we want to wake up in the morning. I know recently I've just been like for years my morning was set up when the alarm goes off and hit my yoga mat and do some restorative stretching. And that really helped me during a very difficult time

Routines bring order into an otherwise chaotic experience. What morning routines do you have in place? Or, what morning routines would you like to set

Meditation & writing are key for me!

And I liked what you said about even just taking those few moments of quiet for yourself. That's huge. So my morning routine right now, ideally on days where I can make this happen, is to get up early enough to do some sort of meditation. It doesn't necessarily need to be guided, though it can be. And I really love when I'm able to do that for at least ten or 15 minutes
