So I just made some absolutely delicious chimichurri that I actually used to top a pizza and call me crazy, but I think it's just a fantastic combination. And I wanted to link here the chimichurri recipe that I was using. I think it's honestly the best one that I've come across on the web, but I would love to know if you have a better chimichurri recipe. Let me know

So here's the thing about this recipe. It has both raw onion and raw garlic. And for me personally, I've made chimichurri without either of those. And I still get the incredible aromas and flavors of the herbs when you put onions and garlic in that it sometimes overtakes the flavor. Unless you put it in the fridge and it gets pickled by the other ingredients over a day and a half, I forgot. It's called chimichurri
It goes on eggs, it goes on pizza, it goes on meats, it goes on chicken, it goes on fish. You just dip bread in it cause you know why not? It's so amazing. It's doing great on salad as a dressing. So, yes, love this topic
Well, I have to be quite honest, I don't know anything about chimichurri. I've seen it a few times. I've never made it, always wanted to, but have not done that. I've pretty much stuck to the majority of my Tex Mex Texas style recipes and things of that nature. As far as green salsa that we made back in the day when I was a little boy and a teenager

Hey, Mac, just a shout out to you and your mom so sorry for that experience. And I hope you're on the other side of it. Like you mentioned, just amazing how life experiences like that just suck us away from so many of the things that we're used to doing on a daily basis, and it really calls our attention and our energy to make it all okay. No, Saturday night. I'm sorry. And, you know, since I have been grilling more and more, it just wasn't as good as the restaurant. Not like we remembered. It not like we wanted it to be. And that was a little disappointing, because we remember it as being the best of the best kind of thing. Brazilian Steakhouse. But, yeah, nothing like grilling at home to perfect that and make all the restaurants, you know, just not be as good
