Using Swell for OFFICE HOURS

article image placeholderUploaded by @DBPardes
If you are a teacher, if you're a professor, if you're a practitioner, if you're a contractor, if you're collaborating with a small group of people, this is a way for you not to have to schedule meetings and just leave a start of a conversation and then invite who you'd like to invite, and then they can leave their voices and you can leave yours and it goes back and forth. And you have a great way to track what's been said

No need to schedule! Track your correspondence. Add more people when needed. Private and secure.

Links & Photos in every reply if desired!

Hey, I want to also mention here that every reply in these conversations can include a picture and a link. And that's very unique and very important because if you're having a robust conversation and you want to refer to something, you could just put the link in the description or put a picture. It could be an infographic, whatever. So it makes this threat very, very rich in terms of what it's able to do for the people that are having this dialogue

Office updates, curated email list

Yeah, I've seen this idea also on Upstream, and something you might be able to do similar to them is they send out an email that lists all of the office hours, and perhaps it is something that you could curate also, so you can check out how they're using it and get some ideas and then adapt it to potentially this platform as well, taking advantage of some of the features
