Ep.20–Not All Coaches Wear Headsets

article image placeholderUploaded by @richtaliaferro
One thing coach Sabin and I have in common though, is the ability to read the field and change the play. I wrote recently that im not prescriptivist. I coach individuals fully formed, fully vested human beings. I respond to what they desire and what they need and we celebrate wins, no matter the size. A win is a win. It's a fourth step on the path. That's how you build momentum, having you, the client, see and feel that consistent effort pays off

There are coaches who scream, and there is me www.richardtaliaferro.com

There's something really great about this because I think you highlight something about coaches, about people who lead, about leaders, which is being perceptive, being very perceptive about how other people are feeling and knowing how to navigate that, see what people want, who they are, what their strengths are, what their weaknesses are, and working with that and working forward with that. And I really liked listening to this, so thank you so much
