An Evening Meditation

Whether you're sitting up straight or on the floor, there's nothing to do, nothing to hold. Just simply be and breathe. Breathe in and relax your neck, your shoulders and just simply let the weight of the day, everything that you're carrying just let it melt away. There is nothing to do but be present. Breathe in and you might say, Well, Peter, I've got so much on my mind. Thoughts will come and go. That's okay

Listen to this before you go to bed especially if you're watching the RNC!

Hey, Pete, thanks for posting this. I actually listened to it before I went to bed last night, which was actually perfect. Perfect timing. Because after I watched the convention, I needed something thing to kind of relax before I went to bed. So I think it actually helped me sleep. So I think it would be good practice for everybody if they watch the convention to listen to your meditation before they actually retire for the night

Now, I think he can handle the fight that he's got, though I don't think he's going to have many more. I think he's kind of just doing it to get back in and he'll make a quick exit back out to wrestling, though he's been in the WWE, he'll make a quick exit back out to his entertainment world and his acting, whatever he decides to do
