Golden Globes: Did you enjoy the show with what they had to work with during this pandemic or did it feel lackluster and impersonal?
So it's kind of tough for me with the TV awards because I don't know a lot of the television series. Now I'm more of a film guy, but I wanted to know what everybody else's thoughts on it was. Did they still enjoy it, or do they feel the same way as I do? It just seemed really bad. Th

But the adoring millions of people who watch are mostly people who are delighted by sort of the energy of the industry, and they want to be a part of it. But yeah, it was a pretty tough thing to watch. So next year

Hey, Neil, I usually watch the Oscars and not the Golden Globes because the Oscars is more marketed in the country that I live in, which is India. But I did hear that the Crown did really well, and I was a big fan of season one and season two of the show. I'm not so sure about season three and four, but I heard they won a lot of awards for best screenplay and stuff

But I'm not going to lie. I do still peek in and watch them once in a while, and I go back and look at highlights, but they're fun award shows, and they did what they could with it this year with the Pandemic. You know, it is what it is

Hi, Deb. Yeah, I hear you. I tried to enjoy it, but, you know, I guess I just kind of missed the whole extravaganza where the stars walk down the red carpet and they get interviewed and they have fun on the mic. And it's a whole big spectacle. And who are you wearing? What design are you wearing and all that kind of stuff kind of got missed. And I understand completely

Honestly with the pandemic, I feel like the pandemic has really ruined a lot of these award shows, but sometimes I feel like maybe we don't have to blame the pandemic. We could blame the people who put on these shows. I honestly wish they did. Kind of like what the cast of S**** Creek did for the Emmys, where they all went into. They had a private room and they had a stage and they actually gave a speech up there just like you normally would

I mean, none of my movies ever win anyways, because I'm an indie guy to the bone. I watch indie films and support independent filmmakers for years one of those guys. But I do peek in once in a while. I like to see who is the best picture and best actor, supporting actor and actress and all that kind of stuff. It's still fun to watch, but we'll see it's just terrible times. We're in right now
