He told me that he'd be here in between 930 and ten. So this morning gets going. And I told him to let me know an hour before he's here so I can make sure I'm presentable and everything. And he tells me he's like, it'll be around 1045 to eleven. No big deal. Whatever. It's nearly 100 in the afternoon, and he's still not here, and I'm going crazy. He should be here any minute

Well, I'm getting anxiety just listening to that. I've been there plenty of times, and when somebody says they're going to show up and it's 3 hours later and they're still not there, I'm just beyond belief. You listed this under selfimprovement, and you said one thing you could change. It's impatience. I don't think there's anything that you need to change. I think that goes beyond impatience. You're being patient for somebody else's rudeness

Well, you can only control how you react to something. So if patience is a problem for you, I would say three. Just understand a basic rule. Okay. Every emotion that we have as human beings comes with a breathing pattern attached to it. So if you want to controlled that emotion, you control the breath. It sounds simple, but it is hard. That would be my goal

I'm pretty impatient due to my path. I was abused as a child, and I'm very socially distant from people. Never close to my biological family. So you. Yeah, I would say I'm very impatient

I like that feel the if you can't be on time be early one of those people that hates coming into a room late or even like close to being late because I hate all the eyes on me type situation feel. And yes, I would much rather prefer to be early than even on time or late
