Playing and Playtime as an Adult

Is it's interesting because I've recently rediscovered it as an adult, the significance and the importance of remembering to just play the way the child does with things when you just play, all you're doing is you're exploring, you're just trying things out just because you want to see what happens, and we forget how to do that as an adult, because we think about everything and we want to control it

POV as a parent

Hey, massivestack for me as a parent, my personal playtime is also the time I spend every day playing with my kids, whether that's a board game or whether that's a video game, we have daily play time, and it not only brings us together as a family, but it also gives me tremendous relief from the work day because it's time that we spend in the evening

And I think maybe that's why I love writing so much is because it's a way for me to really get in touch with that sense of play and imagination. I also want to share that a couple of months ago, I decided to invest in this weekend long virtual inner child workshop and inner child work is something that I've gotten really into in the last couple of years, especially

It sounds very strange and odd, but that's what makes me feel free and like I'm playing with it because I'm literally just clicking around on it, just figuring out what it can and can't do. And that's very empowering and relaxing to me now, Rachel, about writer. I am an aspiring fiction writer

I have bipolar disorder, and now I'm finding that all of a sudden my entire experiential process is different and this play thing sort of came back to me out of nowhere, and I feel a connection to a time when I was much younger and it was natural and time before adulthood kind of Rob you of that pleasure and experience and that exploratory process. And I'm finding that applying that sense of play and experimentation to all the aspects of my adult life are being very free
