And now it can't do the metabolizing, the fat job as well. The less dehydrated, the more dehydrated you are, the more the body will store water. It's just bad news being dehydrated. If you're training, you're going to have a subpar performance. If you're dehydrated, you're going to get headaches. And so being hydrated is one of the first things we should be making sure that we've got that box ticked

Great reminder, Mark, especially going into the cooler seasons. As you say, it is easy to kind of forget to Hydrate. But I just wanted to add another benefit is you're keeping the kidney stones away. Speaking as somebody who passed one five years ago or so I can tell you every day. Since then, I have made sure that I stay hydrated don't want to do that again
