Recently, I've just taken up yoga, but it's still a mundane task for me to perform, and I often put it off and procrastinate it and regret it. So I'm on here asking you all for help any way that I can encourage myself and motivate myself to be more active and enjoy it so that I keep up with it, or maybe just easy ways I can get myself moving and incorporate that into my daily routine without making can get a big to do

I am not an athletic person and not interested in sports, and I do enjoy getting outside walking and hiking, but I can't do that every day. So here. Here are some things that I have found helped me get moving
Hey, Liora, I really appreciate some of the suggestions that Tim gave to. I am, though I am a very athletic person. I grew up playing soccer and dance and volleyball and all that good stuff. So.
