But these are my thoughts on Robert Sinclair and his ideas on aging. And I also would like to add that I really like to follow Aubrey degree quite a bit because his thinking on aging is ever dynamic and it's never inflexible Aubrey, and that's one thing that I really appreciate about Aubrey degree in his way of thinking. But anyway, I don't ever subscribe to anyone's one ideas or theories, singularly or dogmatically because I think it's very healthy to think critically all the time
