So you run and you're running through knee Dee water. It's so good for you. And then you get past the break. And then a wave is coming. But this one's bigger. So you dive under it. And the cold man, when you first hit that water in summer, the Indian Ocean is so icy, it shocks your system. It's so bracing and you can swim underneath very close to the sand
