I think agile is the way to go, and I've just never thought about it in terms of game development. And so I'm really looking forward to learning more and getting myself educated on that sounds super interesting. And I know some other people that are agile coaches that will love to listen to this. So I'm going to pass it on and look forward to look forward to hearing it. Thanks for posting it

For what it's worth, I think what ended up happening, at least in my experience, is every team that has tried to adopt agile has always adopted the optics of Agile development, which is the scrum philosophy, the sprints, the stand ups, the Kanban boards, etc. For. But eventually the release has always been tied to a waterfall schedule, and that essentially inadvertently leads to decisions being made that fit to the waterfall schedule
