Hello, Deborah. This is Anthony. I absolutely love this topic. I do want to approach it from the other angle, and that's not only that foods can help certain elements, but also the foods that we eat can cause us to feel not well what we call the food allergies or the hidden food allergies from my own personal experience, both for myself and for my patients. I always encourage patients to look at the list of common foods that people may have hidden allergies to for myself

You include some dulls, possibly some spirulina, if you like, and that's blended up and you create a very thick, medicinal food for anyone who is probably dealing with gut issues or gut brain issues. But that has been a healing food for me and a saving Grace. Actually. Thank you for starting this dread

Hi, Deborah. Two things that I wanted to share on this. Well, first, is that I've been taking gooseberry juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and it has helped me deal with allergic rhinitis to some extent, though, I still have sneezing bouts in the morning and all that, but it doesn't really lead to a cold or chest congestion. And I think this has helped tremendously. Second thing is that I've started sourcing organic stuff for my kitchen

I have this book about healing foods and a friend of mine a couple of days ago. Well invite to this thread actually was talking about in general and gut stuff and peaches if you cut up peaches and puree them and eat them as sort of like a beautiful soupy. Compote very healing to inflamed areas in the intestines. So I want to add that to this conversation and keep it going
Food is something I really struggled with a lot. When I was younger, I used to be very, very overweight. I've lost about £100 since I was about 18 years old. So over the last ten years and I found that on top of just having a very poor diet and not really regulating what I was eating, it was making me feel worse mentally and emotionally, almost every day. So I made a lot of adjustments in my diet over the years

Yes. Food as medicine. It's very important thing in my house. For example, when we adopt, when we have flu or cold, we use honey with Eman, with lemon, or when our stomach hurts as a result of eating some bad food or anything. It's very useful when you use Honeywood, lemon, it is clear and clean. Your stomach really is very useful
But in our household it is made with chili powder as well as some other things you can do fresh ground chilies as well, Combino and garlic onion. And as much of that as you can stand. And those were things that would kind of lift my spirits because I enjoyed eating that type of soup, especially on a cold day, so it would warm your insides. And because it was very spicy, it would also Pep you up a little bit and kind of get you going

So much so that I'm in the middle of creating a course about learning how to use food supplements and herbs to be balance your hormones as a eman 40 and over. So this is a great topic, but I do want to hit on ACV and how it's made a difference in my life. ACV is wonderful. It does two things for me

Hey, la Randle, that is the coolest thing that you're going to do. A course on food for women after 40, for hormone balance, things like that. I'm super interested. I'm hoping that you share at least connections to the link here, maybe some swell cast that's dedicated to the elements of your course so we can have discussion around them. I think it's such a relevant topic and there are so many people who benefit from it

But I do like to include ginger and everything from my meals, salads, things like that, to drinking it as almost like a tea, a great medicine, and just sort of a great thing to have in your toolkit when you run into more specifically digestive problems. I love it, and it also smells pleasant, right?

Ginger has the ability to remove that MSG to bind to it and lower the load that is within your bloodstream and the amount that goes to your brain. Right. Ginger is amazing. It is a great tool to have in your toolbox. You have to be careful with it. What I do, I don't know. I know that I do. Because ginger has a tendency of creating more estrogen in your body as well. So you got to kind of be careful with the ginger
