Have you ever thought about the anatomy of your mouth and your throat and your diaphragm, and actually how we speak the physiology of speaking, the way our voices are formed by our breath, the way we use or misuse our mouth and our tongue and our cheeks and everything that goes into me speaking to you right now, we reached out to a woman named Ali Carter, who's a retired speech pathologist, and she has given us ten classes here on Swell, and she's an active Swell Cast Swell member

Join @Ali and learn about how to use your vocal instrument better! https://swellcast.com/speakingschool

Aloha! Are you still accepting students?

I'll go ahead and answer the first request that you have of us. What does it feel like to talk? For me? It feels like more than an effort than it should be. But maybe I'm wrong about that. It feels like my body. Eventually, after a length of time, speaking becomes more tight. My thought feels okay. My tongue feels bigger than it should be for my mouth, so I feel like it gets lazy
