Vegans

There's a whole other part of this later. But as of now, there's just the question, what was the reason for you to becoming a vegan if you are one. Thank you. Bye

how i became vegan & my initial reasons #vegan

Hello. So to answer your question, I've personally been vegan, I think since 2017. So I guess four years. I think I started around March 2017. So yes, four years. My initial reason for going vegan was, well, first of all, I was kind of not eating much meat to begin with anyways, for other health reasons, and I wasn't drinking regular cow's milk either

But yeah, now this has changed a little bit because I don't feel that veganism is necessarily the solution for, you know, all of the environmental problems we have, like it's sometimes being presented as, for example, if you're a vegan and you mostly eat food that gets transported to you from the other side of the world, then that's not necessarily very eco friendly either. So you have to be a little careful with that

There's so much more I need to work on if it comes to what's right with God. And I've never been a big meat eater. Meat turns me off for some reason. It's just like when it's discussed in a manner and eating in a consumption of just like so in 2020, it just became more apparent to me that this is not cool

Because it just became way more than just a better, healthy eating lifestyle. After that documentary, it became more of this. Is that very mean cause of every destruction from climate to rainforest to disease and to have more of it, they have to be populate. What do you think? Because I've never felt more alone. Some people can hear these things, and they have no reaction at all whatsoever. I don't know

@BrandyJ #cowspiracy #seaspiracy #advice

Since you mentioned cospiracy, you could also watch Sea spiracy, which is a new documentary that came out like a few days ago, and it's about out the fishing industry and how that is impacting fish and of course, the environment and stuff. So yeah, maybe that could be interesting for you. I haven't watched it yet myself, but I heard that it's very good and just a little side note about not eating meat

I don't know what ocean or this was that I've seen, but it was like, you probably heard of it was covered in trash, and I'm not talking about a little part of it. It seemed like being near half. It was disturbing. I've never seen anything like it before in my life, but I was like, that's disrespectful, and somebody needs to be probably held accountable for that because there's definitely some sea life that's not alive anymore

And to anyone that eats meat, please don't take any offense to me. And my my thoughts are my my views. Views because they're my views. It's not like I just been this way, like I have a burger problem. And I wish I didn't, but I have eaten vegan burgers, and they're just as delicious. But unfortunately, sometimes, well, a lot of times they make the very unhealthy foods cheaper and the expensive one and the very unhealthy

My reasons…

And I originally had the belief that fish didn't feel pain like cows and chickens and pigs, until I saw sea spiracy and realized that fish actually in fact do feel pain. And I stopped being pescatarian and moved to veganism. So it was kind of a gradual process for me. I think the very first thing I gave up was milk. I went from cow's milk to almond milk and other plant based milks and switched butters

You. I wanted to just quickly add that my reasons were, first, for the animals, and second was for the planet, because I had no idea factory farming was affecting our environment and our planet the way it was. So those were my two main reasons. My last reason was for my personal health and wellness. And after being vegan for about the first, I would say two weeks, ten days to 14 days, my health improved so significantly I could not go back
