But here I was. I knew part of what hooked me had been the shock of familiarity I felt when I took my son to our local library, the way it telegraphed my childhood, my relationship to my parents, my love of books. It brought me close in my musings, to my mother and to our sojourns to the library. It was wonderful, and it was bittersweet because just as I was rediscovering those memories, my mother was losing all of hers

Wait. No, I have to read the second paragraph after this because this is this is a good closure of what she said, and it's actually has an upswing to it. At stars dark. Here we go. The idea of being forgotten is terrible, terrifying

Wow, that was gorgeous. Thank you so much for sharing. Deb. I actually have not had the chance to read any of Susan Orleans books, but I have read some of her journalism and essays and she's just a gorgeous writer. So am definitely going to add this to my to read pile and thank you again for reading it

So I thought it was a series with Francis McDermott. And I thought, wow, let me read the second book and I read it and I just couldn't do it. But I loved her writing, so I'm excited to listen. And I'll do that probably this weekend. So thank you very much. I guess I have to download that somewhere, right? You do the free thing with the lowest library thing. What do you use overdrive Hoopla?
