So fun!

Hi Shahnaz wow loved this episode so much, was totally not expecting this. I'm a huge Sherlock Holmes fan, so my expectations were pretty high and this did not disappoint. The voice acting was so good and the story was just really fun and captivating. And I think what impressed me the most is Sherlock Holmes is not always the easiest character to feel empathy for, but I really felt for him in the Saudi drama, especially

@rachel behind the scenes

And I loved it so much that I was like, Chris, we have to do this as a play and record it for my podcast. And of course, Chris said yes. And we have to double check with the publisher, the MX publishing Group, that play. The story was going to be published in. And they said yes. So then what we did is both my husband and I are active in theater

🎉

This was so cool to hear about. Please pass on my regards to everyone that was involved, and I loved that this was on your podcast. It was really surprising for me because I haven't really heard something quite like that on podcasts that generally focus on reviews or things in relation to books, bookish things. So it really stood out to me. And I thought it was a really risky and courageous thing to try out and ultimately a success

@rachel

I'm hoping you like the podcast and all the books and the authors I'm bringing out. I'm going to come up with more bookish episodes, which is just me and Musing about bookish issues. Like, what books do we read? How do we genre switch, which I've gone over but just a little bit different and a lot of podcasts to work on. And two episodes coming up untamed, which we discussed in my book club
