Morning Coffee - Horizon of Civil War?

article image placeholderAverage Morning Coffee112
That's not any kind of time to devote to deciding whether something works or doesn't. But it just felt kind of wonky to me. I strangely don't have any interest in interacting with strangers in that capacity. I don't want to play games with them. I don't know. I think I'm too old. I never, ever enjoy the multiplayer experience. I like Pacman. So we'll see how this turns out

I'm just curious as to what kind of laws they could possibly enact to make sure that something like this don't happen, because I can't really put too much confidence in these m************ putting laws together that's going to regulate themselves. They're not doing that. But because everybody is going to feel like every President seem like they're going to feel like they're above the law or above scrutiny, just like Trump

I'm driving and it's an incredibly windy day here. It's like it's winter all of a sudden. So if there's a lot of noise, that's why first, I don't envision any scenario in which Donald Trump admits the that he lost fair and square, like, there's just no way if we think back to 2016, he was screaming then that it was rigged right up until he won. So I think that's what we're doing again

I was just like, wow, this fool actually said his supporters that were blocking the biting bus or escorting it or whatever the h*** they call themselves doing. He called them Patriots. I was like, those Patriots. I war. Just like, wow, this dude just don't give a f***. He really doesn't. So it's about to be a real entertaining, what, 24, 48 hours? Because it's the morning after it's the Wednesday morning

And let me just add something else real quick. I think that one of the reasons why I'm not participating this year. Outside of everything I've already went over with, just like in 2000, the votes not you win the popular vote. But then this m*********** comes in the Electoral College, which I think they really need to get rid of because you can have all the people vote one way and then Electoral College votes the other way

But what are your thoughts on some of the things that might happen in terms of his supporters? If by some chance he's not winning or if he actually loses, what do you think his supporters would actually do? I'm just curious what your thoughts are. I don't know. The whole thing. They're already boarding up stores in DC, La, Philly, Miami. I don't know. I think it's going to be bad

He's probably already got some of them dudes in his back pocket already. So we'll just have to wait and see. You know, it might be Sleepy Joe and Kamala gets in there, but either way, I just think we're all screwed either way, whether it's Trump or whether it's come Queen Harrison and Sleepy Joe

And I just saw the article about the non scalable fence going around the White House. I mean, these people don't in the back of their mind think what other President in the history of government in the United States has ever had to put up a non scalable fence to protect the President and the people sitting in the White House during an election in the back of their minds, nobody thinks maybe this is a little odd or a little off. I don't know. The whole thing is just crazy

If we're being honest with ourselves, the Trumpanzi, the red hat, the Trumpanzas f*** Harris has never paid attention to the electoral process or politics until Donald Trump came along until the Orange Messiah, who let them say the awful things they've always wanted to say out loud and behave in the awful ways. They've always wanted to come along. They never paid attention. So they don't know what the real process is. They only know what he tells them

But what I'm saying is there is a scenario that could play out in that we might have to wait a little bit longer to get official word. And then that kind of ties into the fact that the election has never officially decided on Tuesday night. What we see on the news is media projection

Five G f****** doodle do network. Right. And ever since that's been happening, guess how much my LTE signal sucks. I have no signal almost anywhere. And it used to be that when we were on three G, that was the fastest cellular network there War. And then we moved from three G to four G LTE. And that was the fastest cellular network there was. And then the three G suddenly was like you had no cell signal whatsoever

And that's all he's been doing through this election. Just sowing doubt and using scare tactics has really been the campaign. And I haven't really seen anything of a plan on what he would do in the next four years. And that just absolutely scares me. But what I'll be watching for is early on is how Florida and then how Georgia and North Carolina go, and then, of course, how Pennsylvania goes

And not to mention, I just think that Trump in his mind. Let me play armchair psychologist for a minute. I think that Trump in his own mind, probably feels because he's already said, I'm the greatest person resident ever. This is the greatest administration ever. We're rounding the corner, slow the testing down all of these stupid things, he says

During the conversation, you talked about the votes, and I have to say that I think Donald Trump and the Republican Party have done a magnificent job in doing everything they possibly can do to block people from voting and to block the count if, in fact, the Republican Party wins. I think again, it's because of the job that these guys have done to effectively lock the vote, not the way that you would like to see the government run, but it is what it is

You are 100% absolutely correct. We don't have a stable government like that. We are just as bad as the countries that we've insulted and talked crazy about for years, so called Third World countries. We're just as bad as they are. And I really think you're 100% correct on that
@Mtwadamela

Because if we were, we wouldn't have to be worried about two or three months of a lockdown, totally flatlined in our economy, because any nation, any responsible nation from antiquity until now is going to have surplus. So in times of famine or in times of whatever they can survive and sustain themselves, we haven't done that. We're burning the candle at both f****** ends, and none of us seem to see it

It wasn't good last time, but this time, it's going to be great. We're going to get the country back on track. The country has been on track every four years. I hear the country is off track. The country is off track. This is the most important election. This is the most important election every single time. And I'm just getting so I'm burnt out on planet

I certainly would see those changes, but I believe that the youngest generation is going to step up to the plate and they will be your Salvation. And I also think that this will come hopefully without a h*** of a lot of violence, because violence ain't going to cut it. And I don't know who's going to win if there's a violent, if it depends on violence

But the other people were like, and I'm sure they told the other people the revolutionaries, hey, let's change it from within. You got to get in there and change it from within. But the founders of this country, they saw right through that. No, we're not changing nothing from them. We're going to just change it, period. And that's what we need to do. We need to stop with this. And I'm really serious, man

And that's one strategy that has been reported as being employed by Trump's team in the red state to put loyal electors in place. So if the boat looks like it is slim differences or if it looks like it's going to take some time to count all the mail invokes and so on. There is a potential here for loyalty to just go ahead and cast the vote against what the people actually voted for. So that's what I'm alluding to. And I'll link you to that conversation

I think we've just got to see if by putting them in power, will they make these changes, and if they still then do not make these changes, then I can agree with holding them accountable, but without giving them the power that they need to bring about this kind of sweeping change. Constitutional changes. We cannot fault them for not doing so

Robin. Yes. Thank you for acknowledging McConnell's posture there and everything that they did. And I just want you to know that he did not have the simple majority. He was filibuster proof for all of 72 days. I'm sharing a video Wikipedia article also that States this he never had the Senate, even in the first two years. That's my understanding. Let me know if I'm wrong and the number of filibusters that happened in those first two years
